Further positions as Managing Director with First Service Management (1996) and Velo (1998) saw Nigel establish himself as a respected industry figurehead within the UK.

Now with over 20 years' industry experience, Nigel heads up Lloyds TSB autolease, the second largest fleet funding company in the UK, with over 130,000 vehicles under management.

Mark, who is a Chartered Management Accountant, and sits on the BVRLA Leasing and Fleet Management Steering Committee, has worked within the fleet sector for the past nine years.

He joined Lloyds TSB autolease in January 2002 as Head of Finance and Risk, before being promoted to Finance Director in June 2004, then Deputy Managing Director in April 2007.

Lloyds TSB autolease is the second largest fleet funding company in the UK, which has won the Fleet News Award three times in the last five years.  Mark offers a keen understanding of what a customer-centric fleet supplier should deliver, especially today in relation to driver safety and the environment.

Hans joined the Management Board of Athlon Car Lease International in June of 2007, after being Managing Director of Athlon Car Lease Nederland since 2002.

Hans Blink has been active in the leasing sector since 1979, among other things as (Co-) Founder and general Manager of the Hiltermann Group. After the Hiltermann Group was sold to Athlon in 1999, Hans held various senior management positions at Athlon.

Athlon Car Lease International is headquartered in the Netherlands and has operating units in 7 European countries.

Paul joined the Management Board of Athlon Car Lease International in June of 2007, after spending 14 years with McKinsey as organization and strategy consultant.

At McKinsey, Paul served business clients in the telecoms, transportation and banking industries throughout Europe.  On the basis of his experience in these industries, he developed into a specialist in aligning business-to-business organizations with the service needs of their customers.

Paul assumed his position at Athlon because he felt that his ambitions perfectly fitted Athlon's.  These are: building a truly European car lease company, in which all members strive as an integrated team to provide impeccable service to their business partners and drivers.
