Fleet Synergy's International Co-ordination Centre (ICC) is established to assist all the partners in meeting the needs of their internationally operating fleet clients and prospects. Situated in Brussels, Belgium, the business crossroads of Europe, and linked electronically with Fleet Synergy partners throughout the world, the ICC supports the Fleet Synergy partnership in a variety of ways.

- Maintaining a database of fleet market information on every country represented in the partnership

- Assisting partners in providing world class responsiveness and quality service

- Ensuring concerted action as partners work together to fulfil the specific requests and meet the needs of their international clients

- Handling communications to clients and prospects, including reports on particular markets and research on client questions concerning fleet operation and policies

- Responses to Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Information (RFI) tenders submitted by fleet users, plus preparing specific vehicle cost and rental quotations for all countries.

Fleet Synergy partners are committed to flexibility and adherence to best practices. The ICC works with the Fleet Synergy partners and their clients to develop programs that meet the needs of both the drivers and the organisation.
